All orders must be made online through the online checkout. Orders cannot currently be processed over the phone. If you would like to request a custom order you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal. For your protection, all orders are screened for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing address matches that of your payment method to avoid delays in order processing.
Please note, all items are handmade and printed on demand from the United Kingdom. For more information on order processing and shipping times please click here.
Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be split up and shipped to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.
All mugs are shipped with tracking as standard. Once you’re order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Greeting cards are sent by standard mail. This does not include tracking. You can upgrade to a tracked service at checkout for an additional charge.
You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Ginger Salt Gifts is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Items purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding COVID-19. We are doing our best to minimise these delays and will keep you updated if your order is affected.

As all the items in the shop are handmade and printed to order, returns or cancellations are NOT accepted.
However, in the unlikely event there is a manufacturing fault with your item or it arrives damaged in any way, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture of the issue within 7 days and you will receive a replacement free of charge.
